Dr. Bhadresh K. Patel graduated from Hahnemann University in 1995 and also attended KLM School of Medicine and Research for general surgery from 1987-1990. He then became Board Certified in 1996.

Dr. Bhadresh K. Patel has more than 23 years’ experience with an established group practice as he has been in practice with West Florida Medical Associates since 1995. He has worked at various levels from secretary, to treasurer, and president.

-Executive Administrator of Nature Coast ACO to 2013.
-Served on QA Committee, Peer Review Committee, Ethics Committee, and Physician Advisory Board.
-Active staff of Seven Rivers Hospital and previous Chief of Staff 2015-2017.
-Medical Director at Life Care of Citrus County, Avante Nursing Home, and Citrus Health and Rehab.

Dr. Bhadresh K. Patel’s hometown is Hernado Florida and he enjoys spending his leisure time bowling, swimming, and playing tennis. He is married and has two daughters.

Dr. Dhruv K. Modi graduated with honors from Smt NHL Medical College, in Ahmedabad, India in 2010.

He worked at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2012 as a research fellow in the department of Cardiovascular Medicine with multiple publications.
He completed his residency in 2016, at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York.
He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Modi worked at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio from 2016-2017 before moving to Florida.
Active Staff at Citrus Memorial and Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Modi enjoys playing cricket, and traveling.

Dr. Hasibul H. Khan is a qualified and compassionate medical professional with experience in all aspects of family and community healthcare including inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, RE, and urgent care. He is committed to achieving wellness through patient education, preventative and therapeutic medicine.
Dr. Khan has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and graduated with Honors in Pathology. He was Board Certified in 2007.
